PWA 2007-Timesheet - Phantom Total Hours

For the last couple of weeks I have a resource that sees a Total for each day
of the week on their timesheet (after being created) when no hours have been
added/recorded. I've tried to see if it's being caused by a specific project
without any luck.

Has anyone else experienced this if so were you able to identify the
cause/solution and/or is it a known bug?

We have been experiencing the similar errors. I have tried to look at
projects for which the time is populating automatically and the only thing I
have seen similar is that resources have been assigned to summary tasks.
However, I do not think this is related.

If anyone has some leads, it would greatlly help.

You should never assign resources to summary tasks. They will inherit hours
from the subtasks and these will be double counted. Big, big mistake.
