PWA Accept all Tasks

When a user is in PWA to accept all tasks they get an error because their is
a security issue when PWA tries to open Project Pro, even though the user
appears to be logged in in order for the updates to take place they have to
do a Run As in Project Pro in order for it to work. Any thoughts?
