PWA Accepted tasks not cleared from Update window

I have a project manager that us updating tasks from resources by using the
Accept All button and selecting Update. The project opens and updates are
applied and the project is saved. When the PM goes back to PWA the tasks are
still in the window with Accepted. The task cannot be changed to Rejected or
anyother status. How can the tasks be cleared from the view?

Make sure that the URL used in the users' Project Server Account (In
Project, Tools > Enterprise Options > Project Server Accounts) is identical
to the URL that the user is typing in to access PWA. If that's not the
source of the problem, then you may have a corrupt plan, or possibly other
server health issues.

Thanks. The URL's are the same. We will delete the project and rebuild it.
