PWA Access via windows authentication failing

I have PS2003 on Windows 2003 Ent. Ed. I can create and
access PWA using PS authentication, but can not with
windows authentication. I have used the same credentials
that I am able to use to access the server itself, but
they are not accepted using PWA.

Any ideas?

Also, with windows authentication for PWA accounts, when
logging in, do you use the windows user information or
the "UserName" defined in the PWA configuration?
