PWA: Add Notes field to "Task" View

Would like to add the Notes field (not only the Notes Indicator) to the My
Tasks view and also so that when "Export to Excel" or "Print to Grid" is
chosen, these fields can be printed. This was needed "yesterday" so a prompt
reply would be appreciated. Thank you.
