PWA Admin Manage Users - Specific user missing permissions

Has anyone else had a problem with a user(s) specific permission setting
becoming blank(empt)? Know they were there but user started having problems
with connectivitiy last week and when checking their user account in PWA
Admin Manage Users, all the permission settings were gone. These were
intially set like 2 years ago using a Group definition. User was still in the
group and others in the group are as expected - only this one user had all
permissions removed when checked today. Problem appeared to have maybe
started at same time this user changed their network Password last week -
should not have been a problem and never has been in the past for anyone
changing PWs.
We use Windows athuenication for all users.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
thanks,
Jackie

Hi, never seen it and can't think of the connection between PW reset and
security. However, I would recommend you set the security by setting it on
groups rather than individuals as it is much easier to manage that way.

Hello Ben,
We are using groups that is how this particular user was defined - that is
why I am having a hard time understanding how it could have been changed. All
others in that group were correct. I tried to reset this user by applying her
to the group again - now this user's settings are the same as the others in
the group but still having problem with EPS2003 connectivity - keeps saying
the user has no permissions to.....
Very odd.
Thanks,
Jackie

Make sure that there are NO permissions assigned to the user, and check what
other groups the user is a member of - permissions are accumulative.

Thanks Ben,
Have checked permissions in all groups (3) and rechecked and had someone
else also look it over. Sometimes fresh eyes find things othewise missed.
Still no luck. We are begining to think it has something to do with the end
users NT domain account, but again not sure what - on the surface it appears
nothing there has changed either. All of our EPS2003 users are set up by
default to use Windows Authenication. That also is set as expected. Sounds
like this is not something others have encountered. Mr Murphy strikes again.
