PWA Admin: Missing user list under Manage Users and Groups

This is my first post so please forgive any missing details.

This is a new install and I'm trying to set up users but the drop down
list of users in PWA Admin>Manage Users and Group is missing as well as
the button that is usually there to that reads "Show Grid". Please
help!



I can add users using 'Add user' as well as Modify User, however, when
Modifying I can see only the Administrator.
Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
