PWA Agreement Page Refresh

I have a resource that is new to PWA. When accessing PWA for the first time,
he gets to the license agreement page. He selects the "Accept" check box and
hits the "Next" button. The page them refreshes right back to the license
agreement page. Any ideas? Could this be the number of users has maxed out
- or is it an IE Exploror setting?

Randy,

have the user delete the cache in IE, restart IE and access PWA again.

Randy:

Make sure the user has not enabled the discussions tool bar in IE, or added
any browser add-ins to their system such as the google tool bar. These can
cause these symptoms. Of course, the user should have power-user or better
rights on their system.
