PWA and JavaScript

How do I open a given project using javascript please? (Assuming I know the
project code). I want to open the Project client app from Javascript and
automatically display a chosen project.

I have been trying to decipher the .asp pages with little success... what I
really need is some good documentation or a website that answers my
question - but ANY info to help me would be much appreciated.
