PWA Assignments

Hello everyone,
Here's what I am looking to do.

I have closed out a project in Project Pro 2003 and zeroed out remaining
hours for all tasks. Now I want to remove the task items from every resource
in the PWA task view. Can this be done through publishing somehow or does
each resource simply need to 'hide' each of the tasks.

Thanks for your help.

From the “Clean Up Project Server database†page on the Admin screen, select
the "Task" radio button from the “specify the items you want to deleteâ€
section, then select the “only completed task assignments†. This will only
remove the task from PWA and NOT delete them from your plan.

Do the following:

1. Open the completed project
2. Click Tools - Build Team from Enterprise
3. Set the Booking type value for each team member to Proposed
4. Click OK
5. Click Collaborate - Publish - New and Changed Assignments

You solution will work, but it will remove ALL completed tasks for ALL
projects from each user's timesheet in PWA. I'm not sure that is what JimB
wants.

Dale/Joe,
Thanks for the information. Both were very helpful. In this case, Dale is
correct I would prefer not to remove all tasks across all projects. Just for
this specific project. But as a general cleanup soon, I will be applying
Joe's suggestion. Appreciate the information. It worked out great for me.
