PWA: Beta 2 to Beta 2 TR - Can't get my sites back

Hey guys,

I'm upgrading our Beta 2 to Beta 2 TR with data migration (with the
goal to then update to RTM.) We had a number of project sites set up
via Project Web Access each that had non-Project data in it, such as
Excel and Word documents. I am able to upgrade successfully, but for
the life of me, I can't figure out how to bring back those project
sites (and thus all of the Excel and Word doc data that we need.)

How is that done?
