PWA - Changing from NT to AD

Before upgrading our network to Active Directory to had PWA set up with a
group of users that authenticated to Windows. Now, I'm trying to change the
user account specified in their PWA record to the AD domain instead of the NT
domain. I get a message stating "The Microsoft Windows NT account already
exists in the database." I can change to MS Project authentication, but can't
get Windows authentication to work in the new network structure. Any ideas?

Trying opening the Enterprise resource pool and changing the windows account
to include the new AD domain.
