PWA Comments Not Posting to Project (in Project Server)

Using: MS Project Server 2007 SP1
OS: Windows 7 64 Bit
Browser: IE8

Our users on PWA submit comments (notes) to line item tasks in a Project, and then I approve this in PWA. Everything to this point works fine. However, once I open the Project, the new comments are not there. Basically thecomments can be submitted, approved, but then never post.

This has worked successfully in the past, but the issue started on 08-03-12.. We have reviewed everything we've done the past week, and no changes were made to the server.

Any thoughts?
