PWA Controls downloaded & SP1?

We have an SMS package that deploys the Project Web Access Active X controls
to the users. However, we have noticed that PWA keeps asking the users to
download "MS Project 2003 Service Pack 1".

Do we still need to deploy SP1 to all the users, even if they don't have
Project installed on their PCs?
We have already applied SP1 to the Project Server and on every workstation
that has Project Professional 2003 installed.

After installing SP1, the users will be prompted to go through a reinstall
of the Active X controls. You may want to setup a new SMS package using the
updated controls and push again.
