PWA Impersonation

I'm looking at the code sample in the SDK concerning Impersonation and am
wondering if that can be used to impersonate another user and access PWA with
those credentials.

This would allow an administrator to troubleshoot user issues under the
user's account and be able to see what that problem is.

You should be able to impersonate any PWA user.
