PWA & Infopath form

[project summary task---Urgent! please]

Hello!
I have a question regarding Infopath.
I try to create a form in pwa but it throws error message that i need
Infopath.
So If I buy infopath and install on the server, does this solve the problem?

Check Project 2003 SDK which provides information on how to use Infopath with
Project.
