PWA integration with issues and risks

I have changed column names and DDLs in issues and risks, in particular the
assigned to name and the status / category list options. There were good
reasons!

OOPS, now I find in the discussions why my PWA integration has stopped
working.

Is there any way to customise the queries which the integration is based on?
