PWA isnt working in Outlook

I install PWA add-in for outlook.
One user not receive any assignments. It cant see "Project Web Access" tab in
"options" dialog.
"Microsoft Project Server Add-in" is not checked in "COM Add-ins" dialog

Outlook 2003, Project 2003 SP1

From the COM Add-Ins window, enable Microsoft Project Server Add-In
(check on) and restart Outlook.

Also make sure that they have their PWA login configured in Outlook.
This will be in Tools --> Options --> Project Web Access tab

BTW, does you user have assignments that can be viewed in PWA?

(check on) and restart Outlook.

After I check this box and restart, it's not checket again.

Also make sure that they have their PWA login configured in Outlook.
This will be in Tools --> Options --> Project Web Access tab

As i said, this tab is not visible.

I would try removing the Project Add-in for Outlook (MPSADDIN) from
Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel, then re-install.

Make sure to close Outlook before doing these procedures ;-)

I would try removing the Project Add-in for Outlook (MPSADDIN) from
Add/Remove Programs from the Control Panel, then re-install.

Make sure to close Outlook before doing these procedures ;-)

I'm thinking that this is more of an Outlook permissions problem than a
Project Server Add-in problem.

No one else in your organization has this problem?

Anyway, I've contacted a few friends of mine that are Exchange/Outlook
MVPs and I have relayed your problem to them. Hopefully they will have
an answer and I will report back their findings. Because I'm really
curious too

I found already 3 people with this problem. All of these people are
administrators of computer
