PWA My Tasks and Tasks Updates not quite right when...

Occasionally I will enter hours worked and remaining hours, then the
forecasted finish is not correct. It may be off by several days.

I'll just change the forecast date directly and let PWA / My Tasks
adjust the Remaining Hours. And it appears to make sense once the
recalc is done.

However when I accept the updates and open the project , the forecast
date change does NOT flow down the rest of the schedule until I
deliberately hit F9 (refresh).

Is this a bug?? Any and all comments, suggestions, etc. would be
appreciated.

Yes, automatic. Any schedule changes seem to take effect until it
reaches the point of where the forecasted finish is changed directly
in PWA
