PWA-My Tasks is calculating a wrong duration

Hello

The Project Manager of the company prefer to handle the tasks per
hour, for example, with tasks of 0.5 hours and 1.2 hours.

The problem is in PWA - My Tasks where resources report 0.5 hours on a
task. The Project distributes the work in the day, for example,
including 0.05 hours at 8:00 am and 0.05 hours at 09:00 am and so on.
This changes the duration of the task of 0.5 hours to 1 day.


Is there a way to change these calculations?

Are you by chance using Fixed duration tasks? What is your service pack
level?

Gary,

I solved the problem.
Some people were filling the% Complete column instead of Actual Work.
Because tasks are small (less than 1 hour) the Project was giving this
effort the whole day, changing the duration of the task.

I removed the %Complete column of the view.
