PWA no lines under My tasks

Hello,

I have strange problem with one of our users.
Our users are suppose time they spend on PWA, all projects were created and
tasks assigned to users. This time reporting is working now for a long time.
Hovether lastly we experienced strange behaviour for some of our users.
Then can go to "My Timesheets" and report they time for the week they would
like.

After there are supposed to go to "My Tasks" and import timesheets. And here
is the problem. Users can't see any tasks, and button "Import timesheets" is
grey out.

Can you help me please with that?

Hi,

We are using current configuration for few years now. We haven’t experienced
similar problem as described before.

We are using MS Project 2007 according steps:
- Step one - PMO is creating Project (+ tasks for employees) using MS
Project 2007 Professional
- Step two - employees can see tasks in PWA
- Step three - employees are supposed to report their time spend in PWA
under "My timesheets" for correct week and task
- Step four - system will generate "auto approval"
- Step five - employees should go to "My tasks" and import they time for
timesheet + press button "Send and Submit"

Our configuration:
- Windows Servers 2003 SP2
- SharePoint 2007 + infrastructure update
- MS Project 2007 + December update
- For Project Managers - MS Project Pro 2007

Hi,

I found solution. Tasks were incorrectly assigned with some reason in
Project Pro 2007. We removed affected users from the tasks and publish the
project. Since then all works.
