PWA non-working time

Hello,
Are there any possibility to mark non-working days (holidays, weekends,
etc.) with the different color in timesheet view on Project Server 2003 PWA?
Or just disable entering anything during non working days?
It would much easier to fill by user his/her working hours and
prevent from accidental entering working hours for weekend.
