We have several plans in Project 2003 and we use PWA extensively.
For one of the plans, the hours remaining for 10 of the 12 tasks in
that specific plan is 0, the actual hours are recorded appropriately,
the % complete and the %work complete = 100%; however, those 10 tasks
are still showing up in the various resources time sheet view in PWA.
also, if one runs a filter in Project on any view and only shows
incomplete tasks then only the 2 with hrs remaining show. so we know
Project is recognizing the tasks as compelte; however, PWA is not.
(and yes, we have 'republished all information').
we know about the 'hide' function; however, for all our other plans, if
a task has hrs remaining = 0 and %complete = 100, then the task is
automatically hidden from the resource's time sheet in PWA (i.e., and
one does not have to use the 'hide' function).
what could be different with this plan that it behaves so differently?
thank you for any assistance you can provide!
