PWA not recognizing Outlook for Add-In

I am attempting to download the outlook add-in from PWA. When I click
download, I receive a message saying that I need to install Outlook 2000 or
later. I currently am running Outlook 2003. Is there some setting a I need
to turn on/off to get it to recognize Outlook? Any help is appreciated.
