PWA not working

I've got the following messages after reinstalling MS Project Server 2003:

The controls for Project Web Access could not be downloaded correctly.

What should I do to access PWA?

Giuliana:

This indicates that you may have your Browswer security incorrectly setup
for Project Server. Make sure that you put your PWA site in the trusted
sites zone, and that you set the security level to low and enable "dowload
unsigned active X objects"
