PWA "object doesn't support this property or method"

Using MSProject2003ent

A couple of users are getting a syntax error in PWA, when clicking on “Tasks
page or Status pageâ€. The error message is “line 5017, Char 19, object
doesn't support this property or methodâ€. PWA home page loads fine, users
can click on Projects tab with no errors. Only when they click on Tasks or
Status system will a message state “loading data†and just hang there. Any
ideas????
