When you navigate to the Project Center page, do you see anything other than
the title of the page (Project Center), or do you only see the title and the
rest of the page is totally blank? If the situation is the latter, then it
sounds like someone has either deleted or hidden the Project Center web
part. In either case, you will need to do the following to re-display it:
1. Log into PWA with administrator permissions.
2. Navigate to the Project Center page.
3. Click the Site Actions pick list button in the upper right corner of the
page, and choose the Edit Page item.
4. On the Project Center page, click the orange Add a Web Part button.
5. In the Add Web Parts dialog, scroll to the Miscellaneous section.
6. Select the Project Center web part and then click the Add button.
7. Click the Exit Edit Mode button in the upper right corner of the page
(DO NOT click the X button in the Project Center web part).
