PWA/Project Discrepancies

I have a column in the PWA Project view, "% Complete". (This is the
view you get when you double click on the project name to view all the
tasks, not just the summary in the Project Center). I have the same
column in Project Professional - and the % is different by 10%
points! More disturbing, the PWA view has 0% completed on the final 8
tasks, and in PPro, many of those 8 tasks show 100% complete. I've
collaborated 9 times to the sky - collaborate all, republish
assignments, publish assignments - and the difference remains. We do
have issues with the project server spooler turning back
collaboration, but those tasks were 100% complete more than a week
ago, with no spooler messages coming up.

Naomi:

In Project, go to Tools > Options > Calculation Tab

Make sure the check box "Updating task status updates Resource status" is
selected. Make sure that this option is correctly set for all projects, and
set it as the default for all future projects. You'll need to manually
correct the tasks that are out of synch.
