PWA Project Level View, Grouped By Enterprise Task, Project Name B

I have a created a PWA view that displays the individual tasks in a project
grouped by a enterprise task level code. The first line of the view shows a
blank line then the project name indented followed by the tasks grouped
correctly. How can I get rid of the first blank group that is the project
name? For example:

- (this is blank)
Construction Project.published (name of project)
- Design (enterprise task level)
Kick off meeting
Client approval
- Construction (enterprise task level)
Hire company
Client approval

Any help would be appreciated.
