PWA Project View to display unassigned tasks

Todd

Hi all,

I am trying to create a new View at the project detail level that
simply displays all tasks that do not have a resource(s) assigned to
them yet. However, I don't think its possible to create a filter that
says Resource Names equal to "" or Resource Names equal to NULL or
anything like that within PWA Views. Does anyone know if there is
syntax to compare to null or blank within the PWA Views? Or should I
try building this view in Pro?

Thanks!
Todd

Todd:

In any task view that displays resources, apply the "Using Resource..."
filter from the filter pick list from the formatting tool bar. Make sure
your Using Resource selection is blank. It's that simple.

As Gary pointed out, you can do this in Microsoft Project Professional, but
it appears you cannot do this in a detailed Project view in PWA. Hope this
helps.
