PWA Projects Task Detail view not updated when project saved to server

I recently noticed that when I go into PWA and view an active, published
project in the Project View, Task Detail, it does not reflect the recent
information. I've gone into MS Project's collaborate menu and done
Republish all, but still the information is out of sync. How can I get them
to agree (PWA is out of date, Project shows the correct info).

Are you getting any spooler errors?? There ofcourse seems to be an issue with
pulishing of assignment... Let us know...

I do get spooler errors. They seem to be related to people who used to be
in our domain, but who's accounts have been removed. Not sure how to make
the error go away. The error I usually get is this one (copied out of the
spooler just now!)

Message Type: Publish New and Changed Assignments
Error: The manager cannot create the resource account
(0x8C040017)
....
Affected Used Account(s): <this entry is blank unfortunately!>

The Spooler error is caused by the improper use of local resources in an
