PWA Setup\AccessPath

I am having trouble getting the path for my pwa site to save. I tried
www.mydomain.net for the PWA path and in the PWA site path I used
http://www.mydomain.net, but get an error message while saving:


The Project Web Access path cannot be empty. Please enter a Project Web
Access path.
The Project Web Access Site path is invalid. Correct path and try again.

I am using the same domain as the external users will use to access
sharepoint.


Should I let it use the defaults instead? it puts pwa in the Project
Web Access site path, for a default and still errors.

If you use the option 'use web acces path as hostheader' then you need to
provide full URl, other wise just fill in a name which will be added to the
host header of your webapplication.
So if you use default option PWA, you cannot have the option selected for
using host header.

If it still gives 'path is invalid', then I'm a little lost ;-)
