PWA - Sharepoint problem

Hello,

I have PWA set up to use project server authentication. When this
happens, sharpoint sees reduced functionality. It appears that
Sharepoint likes to use windows authentication. Questions: Is it
possible to configure Sharepoint to use project server authentication?
If not, what can I do to fix this problem? Thank you to anyone who can
help.

Sharepoint can only use Windows Authentication. You can set up
sharepoint so that all sites are public, but this provides access to
all sites by all users.
