PWA Status Reports not showing up

Within PWA - Status Reports

I have a user that is having the following problem:
"When I go to view responses from the team, I normally see all the members
listed. Today, I just see one contractor who has already left the company.
Team members noticed that they did not have link for the last week report.
Project creates these links with current dates, they can click on the link to
report for that particular week. Last week, the link was not generated."

I'm at a loss as to how to help him. Any suggestions on what the problem
may be?

I would recommend that the manager in question do the following:

1. Log into PWA.
2. Click the Status Reports menu.
3. On the Status Reports Overview page, click the "Request a status report"
link.
4. Select the "Edit a status report that you had set up previously for your
team" option
5. Click the pick list of Status Reports and select the problem Status
Report.
6. Click the OK button.
7. Work through every page of the Status Report and focus on the Step 2
page to make sure the resources are still listed.
8. On the the Step 4 page, click the Send button.
