PWA tab in MS outlook is gone how can we get back

Hi

one of our user noticed that his outlook web access tab is gone in MS
outlook addin he can import the task but when double click to open the task
there used to be 3 tabs and one was outlook web aceess from where you can
update the task progress its not showing anymore we have recreated the user
outlook profile and still same issue, we reinstalled the plugin same issue

please help how can we reenable the PWA tab in MS outlook
