PWA- task still visible

In my project I have a task with 5
resources assigned to it. If an user updates his
timesheet, the project manager approves it, the task
remains open, % work completed on 0%. And this until all
resources (assigned to task) have updated their timesheet.
Is this normal?

Hi,
When multiple resources are assigned to a task and one of
them updates the task as 100%, the % complete for that
user is 100% but the task itself is not yet complete. The
% complete for the task is computed based on the resource
allocation for that task.
Scenario 1: If there are 2 resources each working 100% of
the time, when 1 of them updates as 100%, then the task
is 50% complete. When the second resource also updates to
100%, then the task is 100% complete.
Scenario 2: If there are 2 resources, one working for 50%
of the time and the other working 100% time, then when
the resource with 50% allocation reports 100% complete,
then the task is 33% complete.
So, the tasks appearing not as 100% complete is normal
but the task remaining at 0% complete does not look
normal.
