PWA task updates by manager for his resources

Hi,

We have an interesting situation where in the manager has to update the %age
updates for the team members. Is there any way this can be accomplished? I
know tasks can be delegated, but this is kind of reverse delegation. Thus,
the manager has to collect details from his team members and update %age
complete for tasks for his team thru PWA. Any pointers, wrok arounds will be
very helpful.

A Manager with the appropriate rights can update tasks for a resource under
Resouurce Center > Adjust task update ( can be found on the quick launch bar)
