PWA: Task view defaults to Home Page

I have some end users who are automatically redirected to
the home page when trying to access their tasks on PWA.
Other users are viewing them just fine.

I found a help topic that describes the problem
perfectly, but says its a problem with WSS and the order
of installation versus Project Server...but we don't have
WSS installed on the server...any ideas?

Two top causes are an out-dated version of MDAC on the client, you should
upgrade to 2.8 or higher. Versions below 2.7 are not trustworthy for making
connections to Project Server 2003. Security settings preventing the grid
object from loading is equally as common cause. Make sure that access to
data across domains is allowed. Make sure the user hasn't installed any
software that may affect the browser behvior such at Net Zero's dialup
accellerator or Google's popup blocker.

I am having this problem as well. I have the latest
verision of MDAC, I do not have a pop-up blocker, and I
have Administrator rights. Any more suggestions?

Me too posts seem to be a quick way out of taking the time to describe your
problem and setup. I can't give you any more of an answer than I gave the
previous poster who gave no background information either. Keep in mind that
'same symptoms' does not necessarily indicate 'same problem.'
