PWA tasks not visible to users

I have 2 projects which have the same resources. Both projects are published
to the server and are visible with all their information when I look for
them. Some of my users see both projects some only see one. They need to see
both projects. The hours each resource has appear against the wrong project
on the PWA.

Can YOU see the tasks on their timesheets when you go to view resource
assignments or adjust actuals?

Also, not to be a smart a**, but do they have All Tasks selected on
their timesheet view?

One user could see them and the rest could not. It had been working fine for
all uses the day before. All Tasks is selected. I'm hoping to find out what
went wrong. We corrected the problem republishing all the tasks. After the
republish all the tasks became visible.
