PWA: There is a problem establishing a connection...

This message appears in the PWA home page in both the Risks web part and the
Issues web part. An error also appears in the "Manage Windows SharePoint
Services" page :

The account information for the Microsoft Office Project Server WSS Admin
COM+ application is incorrect. To set the account information, run the
PSCOMPlus tool installed with Project Server, and set the Windows account
that the component should run as.

I can make these errors go away by running the COM+, entering a valid user
ID and password, but some time later (perhaps the next day), the error
messages all return...

Can anyone suggest a remedy?

Michael:

If the COM+ identities are truly being "flushed out" of the system, there's
something amiss at the OS services level. I can't give you a pat answer for
this, but I'd be looking at security policies for sure.
