PWA Timesheet Entries - Force Updates by Project Manager

Does anyone know if and how we can force Updates of time entered by resources
on their PWA Timesheet screen?
This is needed as sometimes resources forget to actually Update their
entered time. This is not Big problem until that resource has left the
company and we need that time updated into the projects.
Does not happen a lot but when it does it is a real pain point - discovered
this in current Q3 hours reporting to our accounting dept.\
Any assistance would be greatly welcomed.

Thanks Gary. I did actual find a work around that seems to produce desired
results.
1. I first obtained list from PWA of the resources Timesheet info for the
time frame needed.
2. Then opened in Project Pro the project with the missing data.
3. Selected Task Usage and filtered on that Employee
4. Entered in the missing time on the appropriate date for the associated
task into the Actual Work field. Triple checked my entries to ensure they
were correct and matched the PWA Timesheet output.
5. Selected Collaborate Republish Assignments for those tasks modified
(selected tasks) AND Checked the Overwrite Resource Actuals.
6. Published All Info
7. REbuilt Cube
8. Now Project Pro File and PWA match as would be expected.

Please let me know if you think of any potential conflicts I may have
created by these steps.

In absence of managed time periods, which would have prevented you from
overwriting actual work, you did exactly what I would have done.
