The Problem:
When viewing "View task changes submitted by resources" on the
"Updates" screen, not all of the hours submitted by the users are
displaying.
Details:
When I view the hours entered by the project team members using PWA
(the "updates" screen), I noticed that many of the task items were not
showing any hours. I thought this was unusual since it was for a lot
of the users, but not all of them. I would then go into the users PWA
to see if they did have any hours, and they did. I went back to my
screen, and if I click to the following week, then back to the current
week, the hours would display for some of the users but not all of the
time. Then if I refreshed the screen or something, they would not
display again. The good news is that all of the hours do get applied
to the project plan when I update the hours, even if they don't display
on y "updates" screen. I just can not verify who submitted the hours
until after I apply all of the hours and then look on the "Resource
Usage" view from MSP 2003.
Any suggestions or reason why this would happen?
