PWA user access to Apply Filters on columns displayed on screen

Does anyone know why some of our PWA users have access to Filter on columns
and others do not. For some people the Arrows at the top of the column title
shows and others there is nothing there - all users need to be able to apply
these filters. So far I have not been able to see a pattern to help identify
a potential Privilege or permission that may be controlling this behavior.
For example: some resources who are members of our project managers group
have the ability to see and apply filters on the columns (for example the
detailed view of a project and all its tasks) and others do not.
Any assistance on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Click the Filter, Group, Search tab at the top of the page and then select
the "Autofilter" option. Hope this helps.

Dale, is there any way I could change this setting to update all users
instead I have to go to each user's computer to change this. Thanks,

I do not know any way to set this as the default on each user's PWA pages.
Therefore, I would recommend you make this a training issue. Hope this
helps.
