PWA users can no longer connect...

Hello,

I am using Project Server 2007 on a Win2k3 machine. I had created a bunch of
users who connect to Prj Svr using NTLM authentication. I had uploaded a test
Enterprise project and all the users could access the same in PWA just fine.
I deleted this project from the server and added a new one with the same set
of Enterprise Resources.
From this point on, only users in the Administrator & Project Manager
profiles can access the PWA. Others are prompted for the password but cannot
access the site.
I checked the status of the users in Resource Center and they are all Active.

Projects have no bearing on the users ability to log onto PWA.
Check that they are in the Team Members security group.

Hi,
Double checked that the Resources are in the 'Team Members' Security Group
and the Global Permissions are applied with the Team Members template, but no
joy!
