PWA via VPN has permissions issues

Hi all, when accessing PWA via VPN (Cisco Systems VPN Client 4.0.5 D) on
Windows XP clients, users receive an error that they don't have permission to
view Timesheets. As administrator, I receive errors as well via VPN. When
attempting to view the Projects view, I get bounced back to home. I also
have the permission issue with timesheets. Is this a known issue? Any
insight is greatly appreciated.

This may or may not help but rather than dealing with unkown IE
configurations when users were connecting via VPN we setup IE in a Citrix
environment configured to work properly. If our VPN users want to connect via
vpn to use PWA we require that they run IE via a citrix session. We actually
created an icon for them in Citrix titled "PWA".

Matt, thanks for the info. This is what we used as a work-around to the
issue as our plan owners enter EPM via Citrix.
