PWA View split and freeze pan

In the Project Center PWA view, I have project name and other 15 fields for
the project exposed. Is there any way, I can split the colum next to project
name and freeze it as in excel so that we can scroll other fields? Is there
any function that of you know? or any third party web parts?
any help is appreciated.

No, it is not possible to do a Freeze Panes action in PWA, the way you can
do in Excel. I'm not aware of any third party Web Parts that allow a user
to do this. Sorry.
