PWA Web Part for Tasks

I am using PWA Web Parts on WSS. Is it possible to filter tasks on individual
project (show my tasks for one project instead of all projects).

If you are adding the Project Timesheet Web Part. If this is the case, I do
not believe there is any way to add an "add hoc" filter to this object,
which would allow the user to filter for tasks in an individual project.
