PWRPNT 04: Scrolling is VERY slow.

BUG.

When you click and drag to select multiple items on a large format slide
(e.g. 36" x 42"); scrolling to grab objects which are outside the view is
VERY VERY slow.

This not a problem with PwrPnt X.
