.PWZ file not open

Hi to all!
When I logon in Windows 2000 Professional with a member
of "User" group, the "AutoContent Wizard.pwz" file not
open, but, when I logon with a member of "Administrators"
or "Power users" group, the access is normal.
How I resolv this problem?

Seems to me it's definitely a permissions issue, but I can't seem to
figure out which files it's affecting.

You might ask in one of the Windows 2000 groups, but I'm guessing you
might have to give MS a call about this one.
