Q. No Access wizards available

I am using ms access for the first time and am trying to create a database
and form for data entry. I click on any of the wizards available and nothing
happens. It may be possible wizards did not get loaded on my computer when
it was set up. Is there a way I can check? What other explainations could
be causing this? Thank you in advance for any input.
